Responsibilities
Develop automation test scripts and SerDes algorithms in Python and C
Perform system-level verification and validation under different testing environments
Analyze and debug high-speed systems across various data rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate stable firmware with SerDes algorithms
Develop System Level Test (SLT) scripts and work with the Production team to execute high-volume sample testing
Generate comprehensive reports based on test results and analysis
Support customers with internal chip and IP evaluations and product-related inquiries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
1–2 years of experience as an Application Engineer in high-speed system verification and validation or related field (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve system-level issues effectively
Knowledge of Digital Circuit Design and DSP Design in SerDes
Experience with high-frequency testing equipment (Sampling Scope, BERT, Traffic Generator) is a plus
Experience in debugging to identify and fix software and system-level bugs
Proficiency in software development and programming to create, maintain, and optimize application software
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working closely with cross-functional teams
Preferred
