Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Engage in all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, conducted on campus and digitally
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Ensure admissions platforms, records, and outreach follow-ups remain current and precise
Qualification
Required
Experience in education—whether as a teacher, in admissions, enrollment management, or comparable capacity
2+ years in client-facing positions within admissions, enrollment, event coordination, or similar areas
Demonstrated administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to maintain accurate applicant databases or CRM systems
Comfortable managing a blend of remote duties and in-person campus obligations
Capable of adjusting swiftly and succeeding in a fast-moving, mission-focused culture
Authorized to work in the US and available for in-person work in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY
