Public Health Project Manager
PCI Federal is seeking a Public Health Project Manager to coordinate and advance policy and partnership initiatives that support cardiovascular health. This role is essential in shaping the division’s outreach, communication, and collaboration efforts with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Coordinate responses to routine policy and partnership information requests, including managing information collection, conducting research, drafting and editing content, and ensuring timely review and submission within established deadlines
Develop clear and compelling policy and partnership materials that effectively communicate the division’s priorities, programs, outcomes, and impacts, tailored for diverse stakeholder audiences
Provide research, analysis, and coordination support to concurrent policy and partnership projects. This includes developing project plans, preparing monthly status reports, creating talking points and presentations, and assembling supporting materials
Offer guidance and coordination for meetings related to heart disease and stroke programs and other division activities. Responsibilities include writing reports, developing presentations, and analyzing relevant guidelines and policies
Attend partner meetings as authorized with CDC staff to deliver technical support and assistance to CDC and partner organizations
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in public health, health policy, or related field
At least five (5) years of experience managing public health projects, especially with policy or partnership components
Strong research, analytical, writing, and editing skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a proven record of meeting deadlines
Ability to develop presentations and reports for diverse audiences
Experience coordinating meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Experiencing supporting federal agencies such as CDC
