Responsibilities

Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group activities

Encouraging student participation and maintaining motivation through chat interactions, public recognition, and one-on-one outreach

Ensuring students remain engaged, self-assured, and socially connected throughout their learning sessions

Providing operational support to lead educators to ensure workshops proceed without disruption

Serving as a positive cultural presence and reliable mentor within student clubs and life skills programming

Facilitate engaging, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain focused, well-organized, and motivated across all workshop sessions

At least 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth

Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)

Strong communication skills and high comfort with digital platforms

Energizing, student-first presence with an eye for details and smooth transitions
