Responsibilities
Conduct weekly support calls and field visits to new franchisees as per onboarding and training schedules
Train and coach franchisees on the placement process, brand standards, and best practices
Interpret and enforce policies and practices related to franchise operations
Provide direct support, coaching, and troubleshooting assistance to franchisees
Host weekly, monthly, and quarterly support calls
Attend and contribute to regional and national meetings, delivering presentations on industry trends
Conduct field visits to existing franchisees and document interactions
Address contractual compliance issues, including office locations, entity names, trademark usage, insurance, and royalties
Advise franchisees on KPIs, financial planning, hiring, marketing, sales, workflow optimization, and profitability
Recognize franchisees for achievements in sales, production, and community involvement
Submit timely expense reports
Provide weekly updates to the Director of Operations
Assist in rolling out major initiatives
Collaborate with Home Office teams to develop new programs and resolve challenges
Demonstrate diplomacy, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills while working under pressure
Effectively manage time, resolve problems, and make decisions within multiple deadlines
Qualification
Required
Experience in training and coaching franchisees
Ability to work remotely and travel up to 65%
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving results
Strong business analysis, marketing, and development skills
Exceptional time management, customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and consultative communication skills
Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
Strong presentation skills and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management
5+ years of franchise management, operations, or coaching experience
