They are seeking a strategic Head of Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for their full suite of products and capabilities, focusing on performance, brand, data, AI, search, and programmatic.

Responsibilities
Own and lead product marketing strategy across North America, aligned to business growth goals and commercial strategy
Build differentiated positioning and value propositions for Assembly’s core products and capabilities
Lead the development of messaging frameworks, product one-pagers, pitch narratives, and sales enablement tools that help the commercial team close business
Work cross-functionally with product, client development, global marketing, and solutions teams to ensure consistency and clarity in how we take our products to market
Support the launch of new products and enhancements with GTM strategies, internal toolkits, case studies, and customer-facing collateral
Represent marketing in North America commercial and leadership forums, ensuring product stories are tied to client challenges, regional insights, and business impact
Identify and scale success stories from clients that demonstrate the impact of our solutions, feeding case studies into PR, social, and content channels
Stay close to market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to evolve our messaging and ensure it remains relevant and resonant
Serve as a thought partner to the Global CMO on market strategy, product storytelling, and regional differentiation
Qualification
Required
10+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or integrated marketing at a media agency, tech platform, consulting firm, or similar B2B environment
Deep understanding of media, marketing, martech, and data-driven solutions
Strong storytelling instincts and ability to translate complex capabilities into compelling, digestible narratives
Experience partnering with commercial teams to drive pipeline growth, RFP success, and win rates
Adept at working cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
Clear communicator, strong presenter, and natural collaborator
