Responsibilities

8+ Solid understanding of technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application

6+ Experienced in gathering requirements towards changes the PeopleSoft application

6+ The most recent six years must have been working exclusively as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst

6+ Demonstrated current hands-on functional experience in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: - HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll

2+ years of experience as a developer in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: - HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll

5+ years of experience in having worked on prior implementations/conversions from a legacy PeopleSoft application

5+ years of experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans preferred

5+ years of Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and use

5+ Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems

5+ years of experience with Pension Administration systems

5+ Experience with Payroll Systems
