Responsibilities
Support the Superintendent with daily site operations on ground-up commercial projects
Assist with scheduling, site logistics, and coordination of subcontractors
Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Perform site walks and assist with quality control and safety compliance
Coordinate inspections and ensure work aligns with project plans and schedules
Track progress and report field updates to the project team
Assist in resolving field issues and supporting project closeout activities
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in commercial construction
Ground-up commercial project experience valued at $5M+
Background as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent
Strong desire to grow into a Superintendent role
Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
Experience coordinating subcontractors and field activities
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Proficient with construction software (Procore preferred)
