Responsibilities
Administrative support to the operations team as required, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining databases and creating presentations. Other tasks as required
Assisting in optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning, inventory)
Helping to develop best practice around warehousing and distribution (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery, scheduling)
Work with stakeholders to reduce costs, create efficiencies and implement quality control
Collaborate with all areas of the organization to implement effective systems
Track KPIs and report on organizational performance
Qualification
Required
+ Intermediate ability in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Must be able to work with charts and graphs in Excel
Manage formulas and manipulate data in spreadsheets to produce reports
Degree in related field or comparable experience
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written verbal and communication skills
Attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in warehousing and distribution a plus (but not required)
Familiarity with warehousing, distribution and supply chain processes
Specific experience in any form of data analytics a strong plus
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI a plus but not required
