Responsibilities
Responsible for the accounting and reporting of direct real estate investments and complex joint ventures
Manage team of accountants and of third‐party managers
Review closing entries for asset acquisitions, dispositions and financings
Work with the firm’s corporate accounting and performance measurement teams
Assist with the calculation of the firm’s performance metrics, the corporate budget, and regulatory requirements
Work closely with internal asset management and portfolio management teams
Handle investor requests, interact with clients as needed
Qualification
Required
Manage a small accounting team
Work closely with senior leadership
Perform all accounting, finance, and reporting functions for real estate investment portfolios
Focus predominantly on closed end funds
Responsible for the accounting and reporting of direct real estate investments and complex joint ventures
Manage team of accountants and of third‐party managers
