The FP&A Intern will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team by assisting with financial analysis that informs enterprise-level decision-making and gain hands-on exposure to financial reporting and performance analysis within a publicly traded REIT.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the preparation of financial summaries, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership
Assist with competitor and market-level analysis, including recurring benchmarking and portfolio performance reviews
Support quarterly and annual reporting processes by validating data, identifying discrepancies, and performing basic financial reconciliations
Partner with cross-functional finance teams, including Treasury and Financial Reporting, on ad hoc analysis and special projects

Required

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (we do not offer this program under OPT or CPT or sponsor work visas)

Preferred

Prefer rising Junior or Senior students pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with financial modeling or data analysis is a plus
