Cyber experience essential. Understands the threat landscape, and how to make cyber risk-based decisions. Understands cyber nomenclature and broad domain knowledge like IAM, Network, cyber risk governance, threat defense, etc

Need self-starters that know how to navigate an organization and drive stakeholders to make decisions and produce output
