Responsibilities

Launch Alpha's flagship Houston campus: Execute Alpha's three core promises for 100 plus students from day one with operational excellence in every area

Facilitate live workshops for K through 12 students on life skills: Conduct compelling one-hour sessions covering public speaking, growth mindset, and giving and receiving feedback. Apply Alpha's proven playbook to ensure students develop skills that traditional schools overlook while remaining engaged

Drive every student to 100 percent goal achievement: Develop individualized motivational strategies for each student. Apply data-informed methods to address resistance and sustain engagement with the Alpha platform. Success is defined as every student reaching their objectives

Coach Guides toward excellence: Leverage quantitative and qualitative metrics to pinpoint performance deficiencies. Provide precise, actionable guidance during coaching sessions and monitor progress. Maintain team accountability through logic and objectivity, not empathy that undermines standards

Execute data-driven campus leadership: Evaluate performance across staff, operations, parent engagement, and culture. Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, engage stakeholders, and implement measurable interventions. Document every decision and refine based on outcomes

Maintain excellence without exception: Establish and uphold Alpha's quality standards for students and staff. Make difficult decisions when performance is inadequate. Serve as the benchmark for excellence on your campus
