This role will be instrumental in migrating from a primarily on-premises SharePoint environment to SharePoint Online, while advancing modern development practices and supporting evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and enhance SharePoint environments, supporting both on-premises and SharePoint Online during the transition period

Support and participate in SharePoint migration initiatives from on-premises to SharePoint Online, including planning, testing, and execution

Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, components, and workflows using modern SharePoint development frameworks and best practices

Develop and support solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate

Assist in modernizing and consolidating collaboration platforms and business applications into SharePoint Online where appropriate

Implement and support SharePoint governance, security, permissions, and structural best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions

Provide documentation and ongoing support for SharePoint solutions and related business applications as needed
