Responsibilities
Assisting with QuickBooks, coding transactions, importing sales, generating monthly P&Ls, reconciling accounts, and supporting with bad pays and collections
Helping with hiring and terminations, managing employee paperwork, payroll deductions, auditing managers for compliance, auditing employee hours, and maintaining HR documentation
Maintaining daily sales records, auditing manager spending, auditing business credit cards, and overseeing fuel transactions
Handling title registrations, renewals, insurance, and documentation for all company vehicles
Assisting with the management of lines for all manager phones and tablets
Managing auto and worker's comp insurance claims, and ensuring compliance across branches
Auditing managers in seven locations to ensure adherence to company procedures
Qualification
Required
Must possess integrity and maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
High level of responsibility and sense of urgency
Ability to follow instructions and systems effectively
Must be quick on their feet and adaptable to various tasks
No specific degree or prior experience in accounting, HR, or IT is required—we are willing to train the right person
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Ability to commute to Colton, CA 92324 (Required)
