Account Manager (Coffee, Pantry & Catering) - New York, NY

The Account Manager for Corporate Essentials will be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Will develop expertise in the product and establish relationships with customers to understand the best product options for their customers
Will service existing clients & build new business
Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale
Assess performance by location through audit reports (Quarterly District Evaluations)
Qualification
Preferred
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred; two-year college degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
Client & Account Management experience
Excellent communication skills required
Must be able to travel to client sites within NY
