Break down complex client challenges into structured, solvable components
Analyze data to identify root causes and quantify impact
Develop frameworks, options, and recommendations for client presentations
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight studies
Build slides, charts, models, and dashboards to clearly communicate insights
Support operational assessments and benchmarking initiatives
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops
Help create materials that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and stakeholders
Support translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and initiatives
Track progress, risks, and dependencies
Assist with implementing new processes, systems, or organizational structures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, STEM, Social Sciences, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Clear, professional written, verbal, and presentation communication
Enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems
Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Balances attention to detail with big-picture thinking
Coachable, resilient, and open to feedback
Preferred
Prior internship or exposure to consulting, banking, technology, or strategy is helpful but not required
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or impact through academics, clubs, projects, startups, or work experience
