Responsibilities
Perform inspections at all production stages
Program and run OGP Vision Systems and PC-DMIS CMMs
Complete accurate inspection reports
Attend production meetings
Coordinate with Engineering and Gage Control
Support internal training with QA Manager
Ensure ISO 9001 & 13485 compliance
Conduct root cause analysis and product disposition
Assist with Gage R&R and machine validation
Qualification
Required
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in programming and operating PC-DMIS
Knowledge of vision system programming
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
