Responsibilities

Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-based reading sessions for small groups of gifted K-2 students
Leverage storytelling and interactive methods to accelerate learning 5-10x beyond conventional benchmarks
Evaluate student progress and modify workshops dynamically to address each cohort's specific needs
Provide one-on-one and small group coaching to produce measurable advancement in adaptive reading and writing applications

Advanced certification in structured literacyGifted childrenProficient with AI/adaptive learning toolsBachelor's degreeInstructional presence

Required

Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
Experience working with gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and student performance data
Strong instructional presence with capacity to engage young learners through voice, storytelling, and energy
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
