Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating customized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Reviewing student advancement metrics to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

Qualification

Advanced reading certificationExperience in reading interventionsAI/adaptive learning toolsAssessing reading levelsDifferentiated instruction

Required

Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
