Responsibilities
Conducting two 1:1 virtual coaching sessions weekly with each student, centered on academic objectives, engagement, and mindset development
Hosting accessible 'office hours' where students can join for immediate support, motivation, or problem-solving
Leveraging AI platforms and performance dashboards to monitor student advancement, detect obstacles, and refine your coaching methods
Documenting observations, concerns, and tactical adjustments to keep each student on an accelerated growth path
Working alongside your team to exchange effective practices, raise issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
Proven high performance in any field—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
Able to work at least 70% of hours between 7am–10pm EST, Monday to Friday, to align with U.S. time zones
Preferred
Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
