Act as primary point of contact for MMRTG assembly, outgassing, and ambient air testing activities

Provide technical guidance on NextGen RTG fabrication tasks

Review current procedures and train new staff on updated processes

Partner with the Project Program Manager to lead program execution, including team planning and milestone meetings

Participate in readiness reviews and support customer status calls as needed

Mentor and coach current engineering staff to build technical capability
