Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities

Lead field personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule

Communicate daily with the Project Manager and administrative staff

Create, maintain, and update project schedules for on-time delivery

Evaluate performance of field staff and subcontractor crews

Complete daily reports, documentation, and timesheets

Attend required on-site and off-site meetings

Promote and enforce company safety practices and OSHA compliance

Required

5+ years of commercial construction experience (educational, office, retail, restaurant, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or large multifamily projects)

Proven success overseeing projects from start to finish

Strong blueprint and contract document comprehension

Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the public
