Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related area
Proven experience designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting
Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
