Responsibilities

Greet and check in customers at pickup
Process cash and credit card transactions
Issue refunds and help schedule appointments
Resolve customer concerns professionally and respectfully
Assist with loading heavier items as needed
Use warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Promote a positive, helpful environment for customers and team members

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Required to meet performance standards and KPI
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Great attention to detail and highly organized
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Preferred

1-2 years of warehouse experience
2 years of excellent customer service skills
Bilingual is a plus!
