Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional standards
Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and learning outcomes
Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas
Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, lead, and energize high-performing teams
Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Strong data analysis skills and ability to leverage metrics for decision-making and ongoing improvement
Available to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
