Act as the primary debt advisor for our investment sales and leasing brokers
Prospect, originate, underwrite, and close conventional debt for commercial and multi-family properties
Leverage our property management and 1031 exchange data to provide long-term financing solutions for repeat clients
Utilize our established models and OMs to conduct your own underwriting and analysis
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of closing commercial or apartment loans (any property type)
Understanding of the mechanics of conventional debt
Ability to deep-dive into property financials and borrower profiles
A 'hunter' mentality with a desire to scale your income through high-volume production
Focus on client retention and relationship management
Must be based in Oregon to maintain a pulse on the local market
