Great West Casualty Company is expanding its Service Center team and seeking candidates with exceptional customer service experience to become a Customer Account Representative. This role involves engaging with insureds, agencies, and clients in the commercial trucking field to provide solutions to policy coverage questions and drive renewals.

Engage each day with insureds, agencies, and other clients in the commercial trucking field to provide answers and offer solutions to policy coverage questions
