People Coordinator
Rush Street Interactive is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming. The People Coordinator is responsible for supporting the North America Human Resources administrative functions and assisting globally as needed, including tasks such as data entry, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and managing HRIS data.

Responsibilities
Update and maintain employee HRIS information and files
Manage new hire background check process
Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Respond to employee email and Slack inquiries
Prepare basic reports
Ad-hoc requests as defined by the Lead Team, People Operations
Manage and coordinate aspects of office related tasks in Chicago (I.e., key cards, restocking, mail, etc.)
Perform other administrative duties and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
1+ years in a professional work setting preferred
