Twenty Four Seven Hotels is a hospitality company specializing in hotel management and development. They are currently seeking experienced Bell Staff/Driver Associates to provide excellent guest experiences and support hotel operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all guests

Transport guests to/from airport and local areas while comprehending and abiding by all traffic regulations

Communicating the features and services of the hotel facilities

Clean outdoor entrances and surrounding areas for guest use regularly

Maintain compliance in Guest Satisfaction Scores program

Respond to guest’s special needs and requests

Assess van condition daily and throughout shift, report needed repairs to maintenance

Responsible for keeping vehicles in a clean, well-groomed manner, including windows and mirrors

Assist guests with luggage throughout property as requested

Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance, including wearing a nametag on the right side of the uniform
