In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure program compliance while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Supervise Program Support Specialists (PSS) and ensure 24/7 staffing coverage
Lead staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Maintain compliance with federal and state guidelines (SOW, DOC Contract, CBRF)
Oversee resident programming, safety checks, and accurate documentation
Respond to incidents and serve in the on-call rotation
Support strong community and internal communications
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to lead, train, and support a diverse team
Ability to work independently and maintain clear documentation
Must be able to pass federal and state background checks
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Successfully complete pre-employment physical, TB test, and drug screening
Complete CPR and required CBRF trainings within 90 days (all training paid for by the agency!)
Preferred
Degree in Criminal Justice or Human Services
