Independently manage high-volume NIV casework (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3, extensions, amendments, and consular processing)
Prepare and file petitions with USCIS, DOS, and consulates
Act as a primary liaison with corporate clients, HR teams, foreign nationals, attorneys, and government agencies
Maintain and monitor case management systems, deadlines, and case documentation
Stay current on immigration law, policy, and procedural updates
Support team efficiency through knowledge-sharing and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
5+ years of recent, full-time employment-based immigration experience
Strong working knowledge of nonimmigrant visa processes and procedures
Proven ability to manage multiple cases while meeting firm deadlines and SLAs
Clear, professional communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, document management tools, and INSZoom
