Responsibilities
Project Management: Overseeing the entire implementation lifecycle, developing project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and ensure accountability. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress through established milestones
Stakeholder Engagement: Partnering with key stakeholders, including oncologists, clinical team, administrative staff, and technical teams, to understand their challenges and integrate feedback throughout the implementation process
Collaborative Solutions: Working alongside customer staff members to solve their unique challenges, ensuring that precision care is brought to the forefront of their operations
Training Development: Collaborating with Training & Education to create tailored training programs and materials for client staff, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize the VieCure platform in their daily operations
Quality Assurance: Ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the goals of both VieCure and the client organizations
Performance Monitoring: Establishing metrics to assess the success of the implementation and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitor commitments and deliverables to maintain project integrity and adherence to schedules
Communication: Maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that may arise
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading and managing multiple implementation projects, preferably in healthcare (example: Electronic Heath Records (EHR), Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) Cancer Registry, or provider groups)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and address concerns proactively
Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during implementation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Smartsheets
Strong presentation and reporting skills, including the ability to explain data to stakeholders
Ability to design and create workflows to support implementation processes
Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, ideally in a client-facing healthcare role
Demonstrated leadership, self-direction, and a track record
Educated to Bachelor's degree standard: Information Technology, Engineering, Heathcare/Clinical related or a related field
