Responsibilities
Lead strategic engagement planning and opportunity pipeline management
Create year-round engagement plans understanding employers' unique plan offerings (beginning at the proposal state, through implementation and beyond)
Oversee the execution of communication initiatives
Manage re-enrollment opportunity pipeline
Develop strategic approaches to present to employers and communication materials and collateral creative
Coordinate holistic engagement strategies to employees throughout the year
Qualification
Required
Experience in communication and enrollment strategies
Ability to drive employee engagement and retention
Strong analytical skills to review customer data
Consultative and influential communication skills
Project management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Collaboration skills with various teams including Sales, Service, Product, Implementation, and Marketing
Experience in developing strategic engagement plans
Ability to create communication materials and collateral
Experience in managing re-enrollment opportunity pipelines
Understanding of employer's unique plan offerings
