Conducting personalized, high-impact family tours that clearly communicate Alpha's three commitments and build trust in our educational approach
Designing and implementing proactive outreach strategies for prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline
Applying strict safety and child protection standards to ensure a demonstrably secure campus for students and visitors
Managing comprehensive facility operations, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and repair coordination
Regularly reviewing performance data to streamline processes and enhance both operational effectiveness and admissions success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
