Responsibilities
Oversee company-wide financial operations and internal controls
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in accordance with GAAP
Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures
Deliver financial reporting, KPIs, and insights to leadership, investors, and lenders
Manage audits, insurance renewals, tax compliance, treasury, cash flow forecasting, and asset-based lending requirements
Lead and develop accounting, AR, AP, and treasury teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
20+ years of finance and accounting experience, including senior leadership roles
CPG experience required
Experience with asset-based lending and collateral reporting required
Preferred
MBA preferred
Active CPA license preferred
private equity–like environment preferred
