Securing all information required to accurately complete the patient registration

Converting the correct visit within the billing system

Managing check-out functionality

Scheduling and eligibility verification

Performing all steps associated with patient check-in and point of service cash collections

Qualification

Customer service experienceRevenue Cycle experienceHS DiplomaEquivalent

Required

HS Diploma or equivalent required

Six months minimum in a position in a customer service setting required

Preferred

Preference is given to candidates with customer service experience

Revenue Cycle experience preferred
