Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-2 students, providing coaching and reinforcing literacy instruction delivered by Reading Specialists

Driving student engagement with adaptive learning applications and helping them reach weekly academic milestones

Guiding students through emotional regulation, resilience-building, and problem-solving with consistent frameworks and genuine care

Monitoring student performance and emerging needs, surfacing concerns proactively, and refining approaches in partnership with your team

Establishing a classroom environment that balances structure, joy, and individualized attention
