Responsibilities
Prepare and review regulatory reports and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards
Research and advise on complex reporting requirements and respond to regulatory and internal report inquiries
Manage workflow for reporting cycles and regulatory update implementations
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, audit, legal, compliance, and treasury to support timely and accurate submissions
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation and enhanced reporting controls
Support testing activities, reporting documentation, and ongoing monitoring for data integrity
Ensure all reporting activities adhere to risk management and compliance guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of experience preparing financial statements or regulatory reporting within financial services or a holding company environment
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
4+ years of experience conducting financial research and operational analysis
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting frameworks
Preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Experience with regulatory reporting systems (e.g., Axiom or similar platforms)
Experience working with financial management systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud GL or similar tools)
Prior military service or experience supporting military families is a plus
