Customer Support Specialist – Training Provided
King Swings is a faith-based, Amish-owned company that designs and builds premium outdoor playsets for residential and commercial use. The Customer Support Specialist will support customers through various communication channels, guiding them in the design and ordering process of customized swing sets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, email, website chat, and in person, answering questions about swing sets, customization options, pricing, and services
Consult with customers to understand needs and guide the design of customized swing set layouts through a consultative, customer-focused approach
Prepare estimates and drawings and manage follow-up communication on revisions and next steps
Guide customers through the ordering, payment, and delivery process, ensuring accuracy and clear expectations
Work rotating Saturday shifts during peak seasons to support customer demand
Assist with occasional playground events and represent King Swings at 3-5 trade shows per year
Travel occasionally to meet with potential leads and attend trade shows
Qualification
Required
Must have a high school diploma
No prior sales experience required; If you have worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, or office support, we'd love to train you
Listens carefully to customer needs and concerns and responds with professionalism, clarity, and follow-through
Handles CRM entries, estimates, drawings, warranty information, and follow-up details accurately and consistently
Clearly communicates expectations, timelines, pricing, and next steps to both customers and internal teams
Works well across departments to deliver a smooth, well-coordinated customer experience
Adapts to changing priorities, finds solutions within company guidelines, and steps in to support the team during busy periods
Comfortable with basic computer use, including MS Office and learning internal systems
