Responsibilities

Conduct initial fertility evaluations and ongoing patient consultations

Perform and assist in procedures including:

Transvaginal ultrasound

Ovarian stimulation and cycle monitoring

Ultrasound-guided egg retrievals

Embryo transfers

Follow clearly defined, evidence-based treatment protocols to optimize ovarian responsiveness with dosing and ensure optimal patient outcomes

Collaborate closely with the supervising REI specialist and multidisciplinary fertility care team (nursing, embryology, andrology, and counseling staff)

Participate in continuous education, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives within the clinic

Maintain meticulous documentation within electronic medical record system in compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Shared call coverage with other OBGYNs and REI. Call consists of one week at a time in house phone coverage after hours (9pm-7am) with weekend clinic coverage for monitoring and procedures as needed
