As a Senior Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will lead one of our largest branches, focusing on delivering exceptional service and managing all aspects of the branch operations, including growing deposits and investments and coaching the team for success.

Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence

Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments

Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust

Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation

Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry

Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community

Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures

You have 5+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience

You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
