Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to delivery across the greater compliance domains
Coordinate cross-functional teams including product knowledge experts, IT, legal, and external clients to ensure timely and successful project execution
Ensure projects meet compliance standards by collaborating with legal, data protection officers, and auditors
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies including campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, including senior leadership
Implement and improve project management processes, tools, and best practices
Track KPIs and ROI on initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
Qualification
Required
3+ years of project management experience
Working knowledge of common compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)
Experience partnering with marketing teams on campaigns, launches, or digital initiatives
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
Understanding of relevant project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment
