Responsibilities
Possess 5+ years of experience in the design, implementation, and configuration of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) applications
Strong hands-on experience with Kronos WFC version 8.0, including: Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Accruals, Workforce Attendance, New features such as Navigators
Lead at least two full-scale, enterprise-level Kronos WFC implementations for multi-national customers, covering: Business requirements gathering and analysis, Functional solution design, System configuration, Testing and deployment
Experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for integrations and data interfaces
Hands-on experience configuring Kronos clocks and devices, including: 4500 clocks, InTouch terminals, Workforce Device Manager (WDM), Setup Data Manager (SDM)
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors/partners
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to senior executive stakeholders
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex functional and system issues
