Responsibilities
Complete daily administrative marketing tasks, including entering and assigning CRM leads and keeping shared schedules and trackers up to date
Maintain the marketing calendar and keep recurring activities, campaigns, and events on schedule
Schedule and deploy emails and automations using approved content
Publish social posts (primarily LinkedIn) and manage timing and consistency
Conduct outreach as part of the Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP), document feedback, and coordinate internal follow-up
Make routine updates to the website as content or business needs change
Responsible for writing, gathering content, formatting, and scheduling the employee newsletter to ensure consistent, on-time delivery
Track basic performance data using analytics tools and platform reporting
Keep marketing materials, assets, and reference documents organized
Assist with company swag and printed collateral as needed (packing, shipping, and restocking)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in a marketing support or coordination role
Proficient in using marketing tools and systems to complete tasks independently
Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
Able to take direction and manage recurring responsibilities without constant oversight
Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
