Simera is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their sales team on a commission-only basis. The role involves identifying, engaging, and closing new clients for their SaaS-based solutions, focusing on outbound sales.

Responsibilities
Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on defined criteria
Conduct discovery calls and present the value of our solution
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and deal updates in the CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff after closing
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development
Cold calling confidence and strong objection-handling skills
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a commission-only environment
Clear communication skills and a consultative sales approach
Comfortable working with targets and closing deals
Preferred
Experience in SaaS sales or the recruiting industry is a strong plus
