They are seeking a Narrow-Web Flexographic Press Specialist to set up and operate a digital hybrid press, ensuring high-quality production and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

Set up and run a servo-driven narrow-web flexographic digital hybrid press to precise specifications to produce top-quality labels

Prepare for printing and die-cutting: load substrates, install tooling, mount plates, set print impression, and calibrate press settings

Confirm materials meet spec: substrates, inks, and tooling

Optimize ink distribution, line speed, and dryer temperatures for consistent results

Troubleshoot print issues rapidly to reduce downtime and material waste

Perform routine maintenance, including oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs

Qualification

Required

Proven experience operating Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or other servo-driven narrow-web presses (experience is essential)

Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Physical capability to lift, stand, and perform press-related duties

Team orientation and clear, professional communication
