Responsibilities

Performs strategic analysis and independently executes a plan to assess industry and competitive landscape, areas of strategic focus, and growth opportunities related to our newbuild portfolio
Develops and maintains relations with key industry participants and potential targets
Supports and develops processes to improve business drivers and inputs
Oversees financial and valuation analysis done by outside advisors
Owns due diligence efforts with target executive team, outside advisors, and internal subject matter experts
Leads reporting on due diligence findings and provides summaries to internal leadership team
Identifies key issues and conducts additional / follow-up due diligence work streams
Supports significant deal structuring and negotiations
Influences internal teams on implementation and integration planning

Required

Bachelor's required; MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience of investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or private equity experience
Strong financial modeling, P&L forecasting, and business plan analysis experience
Excellent writing and presentation creation skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with legal contracts and understanding of business terms
Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, a strong desire to learn, and passion for creating an excellent work product
Up to 25% international travel

Preferred

MBA preferred
Cruise or travel industry experience a strong plus
