Responsibilities
Support month-end close, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting support
Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and data flow across systems
Reconcile cash and support cash flow tracking and working capital metrics
Contribute to audits, process improvements, and special projects
Qualification
Required
Accounting degree required
1–3 years of progressive accounting experience (open to early-career candidates)
Strong Excel skills and experience working in an ERP environment
Clear communicator who enjoys working beyond 'heads-down' accounting
Adaptable, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company
