Responsibilities
Market new and renewal business to carriers-independently and alongside Sales Executives and Marketers
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Collaborate with Sales Executives on strategies for new and renewal accounts
Prepare proposals and renewal summaries
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
Handle confidential information with care
Deliver high-quality service, including processing endorsements, issuing proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions
Follow established SOPs and best practices
Provide excellent customer service across the organization
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and agency/carrier systems
Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Team player with a collaborative mindset
